Are kids allowed?

Yes, kids are absolutely welcome if you’d like to bring them, but we also completely understand if you’d prefer to make this a parents only summer camp weekend. The cabins are very simple, located a short walk from the main events, and cell service/Wi-Fi is limited. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk through what bringing kids might look like. We love your kids and we love your sanity!

Where will I stay?

You’ll be staying onsite in classic summer camp cabins! Cabins are very simple, with a queen bed in each, and located a short walk from the bathhouses. Cabins will be assigned at check-in. Heads up: there’s just one outlet in each cabin!

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones are by invitation only and will be clearly noted on your invite. If you’re unsure or have a unique situation, just reach out!

Can I stay off site?

This is an all-in camp weekend! We picked this venue so everyone could stay together, be close to the fun, and enjoy the full experience - so all accommodations are onsite!

Is there wifi/service?

Wi-Fi is available at the main lodge, but it’s spotty in the cabins (the camp is big!). Cell service is also limited throughout the property thanks to all the trees. Take it as a wink to unplug for a bit!

When should we arrive?

Check-in starts at 3:00pm on Thursday. We’ll kick off the weekend with a welcome dinner onsite that evening.

What is the weather like?

Expect warm, sunny days and cooler nights. Great for being outside, but bring some layers for the evenings.

What should I pack?

Check out the packing list page for a full list!

Are activities optional?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone to join at least 1 field day activity, regardless of skill level but you do you.

Do I need to bring my own food?

No need, we’ve got all meals covered for the weekend. If you have specific snacks or favorites you’d like to bring, feel free! Just note there are no fridges in your cabins. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP so that we can make sure you are well fed!

Can I leave the venue?

Yes, of course! There’s open time on Saturday before the ceremony if you want to leave camp and check out the area!

Can I bring alcohol?

There will be drinks on hand, but you’re welcome to bring anything you’d like for the weekend! The venue doesn’t allow hard alcohol… but we can’t control what’s in your cup 😉. There are only communal coolers/fridges, so be ready to share or stash your extras in your cabin.

What’s the dress code?

Saturday Wedding: Funky formal - think long, flowy dresses, sequins, lots of color, suit jackets, and fun accessories. Very summer camp dance vibes. Bring the personality!! (🔗 here’s some inspo)

Friday Awards Ceremony: Elevated summer BBQ - dresses, polos, and relaxed-but-put-together looks are perfect.

Rest of the Weekend: Full on summer camp - casual, comfy, and ready for games, swimming, and hanging outside.

*Please note events will be on grass or mulch so pick your shoes accordingly ladies!

Are dogs allowed?

No. Sadly we can’t accommodate your furry besties.

Do I have to come for the whole weekend?

While we can’t make you do anything, we really hope you can join us for the whole weekend! We intentionally planned it as a full camp weekend, and it wouldn’t be the same without all our chosen people. If you can not make it for the entire weekend please just let us know!

If you have any additional questions please reach out to Jade or Curtis, we are happy to help!
