About the Weekend at Camp Woosh
We’ve rented out an entire summer camp for our wedding weekend! Each party or individual will have their own private cabin, while (most) bathrooms are communal. WiFi and cell service will be limited, so it’s the perfect time to unplug and be present!
When you arrive, you’ll be shown to your cabin and given a run down so you know where everything is .
Here’s the weekend at a glance:
Thursday Afternoon: Check-in begins and welcome party
Friday: Field day + Awards Ceremony (so bring your A game)
Saturday: Wedding celebration!
Sunday: Hugs and kisses goodbye
We’ve organized the weekend this way so that everyone can stay close together at camp. We’re excited for a long weekend of fun, relaxation, and celebration with all of you in one place!
The Itinerary

Thursday
Welcome Dinner
Check in starts at 3:00pm. You’ll be shown to your cabin and then join us for a casual welcome party onsite!

Friday
Field Day
Organized activities kick off at 9:30am, including a pickleball tournament, relay race, and kickball tournament. Afterward, enjoy free time to explore the grounds or relax by the pool before the awards ceremony and rehearsal dinner.

Saturday
The Big Day
Enjoy a laid-back morning onsite or head out to explore the surrounding area. Feel free to hang around or lend a hand with setup. Wedding festivities start at 4:00pm.

Sunday
Check-out Day
No activities are scheduled on Sunday, check-out time is 11am.
